About the company
On 17 July 1946, the first vehicle depot was established in Kaliningrad on the grounds of an existing repair plant. Over the years it grew and expanded. As passenger demand increased, a dedicated passenger transport enterprise was formed — Motor Convoy No. 1115. The bus fleet was gradually renewed: modern Volvo and Mercedes buses replaced older models.
In 1993, during the privatization of the state enterprise, Motor Convoy No. 1115 was reorganized into JSC KenigAuto. Today KenigAuto is one of the strongest passenger transport companies in the region, operating regular services to Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Belarus, and also providing charter services. The company uses comfortable coaches from Neoplan, Volvo, Mercedes, Setra and Scania.
For the convenience of visitors to the region, a comfortable hotel operates on the premises of KenigAuto.
